I offer complimentary delivery on all UK orders - I always hate reaching the checkout to find additional postage costs blow my budget! I also offer complimentary worldwide shipping over £150 (excludes customs and taxes).

 

I aim to always send you your order quickly and efficiently. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days. Once posted you will receive email confirmation which will include tracking details. Please let me know if you need something in a hurry and I will do my best. If it's a gift, jewellery can also be sent directly to the recipient with a handwritten message. 

 

Please allow extra time, usually 3-4 weeks (4-6 weeks at Christmas time), for any gold plated jewellery, or jewellery you require hallmarking as these are usually made to order. I recommend you get in touch if you need them for a specific date.

 

All jewellery dispatched within the UK is sent fully insured through Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery or Tracked Delivery. Items must be signed for upon receipt.

 

I can deliver jewellery anywhere in the world using Royal Mail International Signed For service. Delivery times vary depending on where in the world, so please keep this in mind.
